The work that is being carried out to this property in Porthcawl is to renovate the complete house to an up to date modern property with underfloor heating, en-suite bedroom etc. but to keep the original features of the traditional terraced property.
This project was to convert and existing conservatory to a new modern Orangery, the existing base of the conservatory was used and all new cavity walls, roof and windows were constructed to achieve to the current u/values.
The extension that is being constructed is for an Orangery at the rear of this property. All the elements of the new work complemented the original dwelling along with the new patio area.
